They are clearly professionals and know what they are doing. Tom was amazing and made the whole process very easy. I had been experiencing a lot of issues with another contractor but that never happened with Innovative. I told my insurance company they should make innovative their first choice in Knoxville for roofing .
I contracted with Innovative on Jan 29. Prior to contracting, their field rep came and reviewed my present roof and explained what they proposed doing. The explained that they did not know if they would need to replace the plywood decking so that was not part of the original estimate. They did include the cost as a side note of the quote. They started on a Friday, with plan of finishing the job on Sat. Once they started, they realize they needed to replace the plywood. They asked if it would be ok to work on Sunday to finish the job. They finished and the cleaned- up after the job was very thorough.
